Spinach #2

Okay so it took me more than a week to try this but I have now! I have finally done it though! I finished them today and they really are great. They take time to make but they are worth it. Except now I have to figure out what type of possibly dipping sauce to put it up with. I don't know what Emeril teamed it with but it could go with or without something else! I'll let you know! And if you live close by maybe I might share with you!!!
